Had roof replaced by advanced level roofing crew, job was professional done, and just as importantly the cleanup was thoroughly done with very few nails left behind by the contractor. I liked the inspection report as it has included pictures so I would not have to go on my roof myself, this is a nice touch. Thank you for your expertise in replacing the damaged and aging roof.

Pretty upset right now as ALR came and completed our roof and siding after a hail storm in 2024. During the roof replacement the vents in the roof had been moved. We received a report with pictures from the outside of the roof from ALR stating the work was completed and we agreed it looked good. Fast forward 1.5 years later and I’m getting a house inspection competed, the inspector was in the attic and found that the roof sheathing as not replaced during the vent move. The roof shingles were placed on top of the hole that was not repaired. Thankfully it does not seem like there is damage in our attic.

I have asked ALR to come and take a look at it to have it repaired under warranty. As this has just happened and it’s the weekend, I will update my review as the situation unfolds.

UPDATE- the ALR CEO called me on a Sunday, one day after I emailed them. They...

They did a great repair job on our roof following hail damage. Crew was in and out in great time and they cleaned up the yard of any mess.

Advanced level roofing to did a great job repairing my damaged siding. The company kept me in formed of the timing of when the work would be done. Then the gents coming to do the work called ahead of time to let us know when they would arrive,once here explained what they would do!,The repairs were done efficiently and well done. Would definitely recommend them !

Advanced level roofing came out to complete a repair under warranty. Recently we needed them to come again. We appreciate the help of Taha and Richard in the repairs and completing the repairs. Advanced roofing showed great integrity as a company and that is greatly appreciated.

The Advanced Level Team did a terrific job from start to finish with the process seamless. Habib our Project Manager executed flawlessly. Communication along the way outstanding and very satisfied with quality of completed job! Would not hesitate in recommending!

My shingles were installed 22 years ago when the house was built and were showing signs of wear. I called Advanced Level Roofing (ALR) on the recommendation of my neighbour and am very pleased I used them. I called Spenser for an estimate and found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Spenser priced out Class 4 high impact resistant shingles over a three system roof build up comprising IKO Stormshield, IKO Stormtite, R&R metal drip edge plus additional ventilation to increase airflow and prevent mold. Additionally Working with Johnathan (Operations) and Loveleen (my assigned Project Co-ordinator) was a pleasure as the time leading to the installation phase drew closer. The new materials were delivered after the snow had melted and craned onto on the roof to facilitate the install crew.

Great to deal with from day one and they followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the work performed. The crew that installed the shingles were very professional and respectful, . The following is a "shout out" to the installers. The install took place right after I left for work and I happily came home to a fully completed job and a perfectly clean yard!
