The crews working for ALR were very thorough in thier work. They were there to get the job done in a professional manner and not at anytime was anyone on thier cell phone wasting time. They done an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves as well and asked for the Home owner to have a look and see if they were satisfied with the completed work before a final inspection was done . I would recommend ALR crews to anyone needing work done.

This company is awesome -- from their very courteous and kind CEO, Mitch, down to their respectful and trustworthy project/technical managers and technical crew. They deserve my respect and appreciation. We used their service back in 2020 for roof and siding repairs due to hail damage and everytime I reach out to them, whether big or tiny issue, they never fail to respond, address and send their crew right away to fix everything. They are easy to deal with. Just last week, our siding was blown by the strong wind and again, I reached out to Mitch, the CEO, and she responded to my e-mail right away. He mentioned that even if our warranty already expired, he is willing to send his men to fix the damage at no cost, and just the following day he meant what he said, his men repaired the damage for free. Advanced Level Roofing was great! They were on time, got the job done, and we didn't even have to be home. We came home to a beautiful new roof, it was excellent. I did find some nails laying around, however, when they called for a follow-up they sent someone the next week to do another circle around the house with their magnet picker upper. Fenix is so easy to speak with and very knowledgeable, we hope to be speaking to him again in the spring to talk about solar panels. AAANNNDDD they have 12 month 0% financing, this was such a bonus. I'm extremely happy I went with ALR! They provide reliable service, payment options and Phenomenal work. I was kept informed throughout the process ( that fit my schedule). All of my questions were answered promptly, which also led them to refer me to their sister company, Advanced Level Solar, for information.
Everyone was great : from the estimator, Felix, to the sales and financing department, to the contractors (a third-party company in Grande Prairie, i don't remember their names but it was a 3man group of brothers who completed my entire roof in under 6 hours!!)

Highly recommend! They were friendly, informative, professional, and did quality work! They followed up and showed pictures of the roof once it was complete and had a supervisor inspected also. I will be hiring them to do another property of mine this year.

Crew showed up days after booking to have it done , roof was completed in a timely manner ..very friendly crew , left no garbage or nails cleaned everything up when they were done…roof looks good and no leaks happy with the job and the installers 👍 would recommend
