Had a hail damage on my property and contacted ALR for quotation. Their leading edge technology and competitive rates in the market made the transaction very smooth and efficient.
Tristan was my initial contact and he helped me throughout the process between insurance claim and fixing of the damaged roof.

Overall a very good experience and a easy company to deal with. The gentleman that did the work was an all-star, friendly and professional completing the house and garage by himself in about 2 days, and he worked every second he was onsite. A big change from what i have noticed with other crews replacing roofs on this block typically you see a crew of 3-4 doing the same job. I really hope this guy gets the credit he deserves. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars was during the estimate i had pointed out i had multiple layers of shingles which i was told was typical for this area but it was never reflected in the estimate so there was an up charge when it came time to do the work which i had assumed was already included in the cost

The metal crew worked with impressive skill, and the finishing was far superior to what we experienced with another company previously. The siding team completed our entire siding project in just two days. As promised, the entire project was finished before winter.

The clean up was superb and the inspection follow up was very thorough. They provided an in depth summary and pictures of our roof. Definitely would recommend them.
