I had a nice experience with a guy by the name of cory from advanced level roofing yesterday.

He banged on my door 2 nights ago while I was eating dinner with my family, and was doing his best to educate me on the condition of my roof, but I was in a hurry and eager to get back to dinner. He kindly took my request to reschedule for yesterday, he was on time for our appointment, he was very polite and well mannered and he even took me outside to show me the signs of concern that I did not initially understand or know about, but are now obvious,and concerning.

He walked my husband and I through a nice presentation,he offered a handful of options that were more than appealing and he remained polite when we asked for more time to consider how we would like to proceed.

This company went over the top with service, we had hail damage to our home and they did a complete FREE inspection and report for us, they helped us call the insurance and submit a claim and they dealt with the entire process for us. Once we received the money from our insurance to do the roof , siding, eaves and fascia they came out and got it all done only 3 days later. The roof was half a day, the siding was 3 days and the metals were one full day. We are very impressed with the workmanship, the teams were all branded wearing red clothing with branded vehicles and the entire operation was so professional I just had to tell others who are looking that if you ever have hail damage or need exterior work done on your property this is the company you should use. We recently had Advanced level Roofing do our roof in the Sundance area. I am extremely happy with the results. While they were not the cheapest quote we got, we settled on them because of the in-house sales pitch by one of their reps. We learned about the quality of the materials they use and why they were superior over the lesser quotes we got. While I am not a roofing expert, I did do roof work in my early 20's and I knew the sales guy was speaking the truth. They had our 28 Square roof done in one day. Not only did they not leave a trace that they were even here, they also cleaned out all my gutters. I went up on the roof after they left to inspect. Absolutely bang up job!
