The 3 guys who came to clean our windows were marvelous from their greeting when they arrived through the finishing touches. The “eyes” of our home sparkled and made us happy that we called Action Northwest. Here’s the real testimonial- this morning, 2 days after the window cleaning, a poor little bird flew into the kitchen window thinking it was clear! He was dazed but ok. We have been customers of Action Northwest for 19 years. On this most recent project, the crew exceeded our expectations by a long way. They arrived on time, assessed the scope of work with us, and quickly got to work. We had them wash the exterior of our windows, which we’ve had them do for years. This was the first time we had hired anyone to wash the exterior of the house. When the crew finished the job, we were blown away by how good the house looks. It almost looks like a new coat of paint! Several neighbors have stopped by to compliment us on the results. I had Action NW clean our gutters and they were fantastic. The most impressive element was their communication from start to finish. They always let me know what was happening through the entire process. Additionally, they quoted a fee and then after completing the job they informed me that the job was slightly smaller than they though so they lowered the cost. Wow, the honesty. I will use them in the future for sure!

Leighton and his assistant did an awesome job! We have some hard to get to gutters and they were able to get to them to unclog them!

The team from Action Northwest did a fantastic job cleaning my exterior windows. There were a few windows that looked like they still might be a little dirty so they came back out to take a look. They determined 2 were dirty on the inside. They were up high and not ones I could get to myself so they cleaned them for me. The other 2 they determined were due to the seals being broken, but they cleaned those interior windows also just to be certain. I really appreciate their extra time and the satisfaction guarantee. They are definitely one of the best companies I’ve hired to do work on my home and I will use them again.

I have employed Action Northwest for several years, always do an amazing job, easy to schedule appointments, on time and a great crew. Had the outside of my gutter washed (white), promised me sparkling clean and they delivered. They look brand new. I highly recommend.
