I had a very good experience. Everyone I dealt with was professional and accommodating. They made sure I had all the information and followed up on each step. The person in charge of the packing and loading crew and the person in charge of the delivery crew were very good at keeping me abreast of the plans and dates. They also followed up on everything they did. The ACE Relocation people were thorough and followed up at each step of the process. I have no complaints about any part of my move.

The crew showed up on time and ready to work immediately. They ensured I was happy with their process and asked questions constantly to ensure I was pleased.

Ace was perfect from the very first conversation for a virtual quote to final delivery. Always responsive, right on time, and everything delivered in great shape.

Service was good. Just needed more communication on packing day when team didn't arrive. Also, getting destination delivery window was very late coming in. Otherwise, everything was good.

On moving day, Louis (our driver) called—and showed up—right on time, taking care not to block local or transient traffic on our”new” and narrow street . His 3-man crew, aided by “The Pros from Rochester”, James and David (each of whom operated with courtesy AND the strength and speed of 3 men!) had us unloaded with minimal issues in just 6 hours.
