Second time using this company, first time was much faster. Had one of the 3 man crew quit on the first day, which really slowed down the team. Also they forgot to do sections of our old house which meant we spent the day after packing and moving things in our cars.

I had an outstanding experience with my move from Cleveland to New Jersey. The moving crew (Matt, Jason and Rich) on both ends of the move did a phenomenal job. They were professional, courteous, hard-working, punctual and overall provided us with a great experience. In the future, if I move again I will certainly be requesting this crew again.

I loved the personal service and care that everyone at Ace showed us through this move. Everyone was thoughtful, concerned for our personal belongings and friendly. We had some broken items but those things happen with such a move. Roger and his team was great. The guys that delivered our furniture in Florida were efficient and friendly. Definitely would recommend Ace.

The crew was very polite and hard-working. They took extra effort to get a couple of items in the basement of our new home that were tight fits. I would give an A+, except for some damage to the patio door at my current home (see below). As long as that repair is paid for in a timely manner, I will give a 5-star grade.

*The mechanism used to operate the blinds within the glass of our Pella patio door was broken when the crew forced the door open beyond the stop while moving a couch. They said that the opening was too small and that they were going to take the couch through the front door, but must have changed their minds and forced the couch through the patio door opening causing the damage. They apologized and tried to repair it, but could not. I have a Pella repairman coming out on May 3rd.
