The guys did a great job. This was a 2 stop job and they were efficient in getting that stop done and on to the final destination.

Sales part was great, however the move had a few issues. There seemed to be some communication problems between dispatch and the driver. I thought the movers were going to pack our artwork and electronics on Tuesday and load the truck Wednesday. Unfortunately, they packed out Tuesday and since we were packing everything else, we were only 95% ready. It was a very stressful day that didn’t need to be.

The three gentlemen were very considerate, and respectful. Also very hard working. I had no concerns about the condition of the furniture and belongings as they were being packed for transport. Each one seemed to have a job or focus, and they communicated well with one another when there was a question. Would highly recommend this team and company. it was a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. Thank you so much for you expert care and experience.

The three guys were excellent. They were hard workers, very efficient, and worked nonstop wrapping furniture, loading the pods, and securing once in pods. They were on time and took very few breaks. They were very respectful to myself and worked well with each other.

They were fast, reliable, pleasant, very concerned about my belongings. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Ace Relocation Systems was excellent. Brandon and Tabitha were excellent. They were very nice and professional . When I moved in Brandon was excellent at helping getting the Living Room to look right. I will definitely suggest the group again.

We were so very please with Ace Relocation Systems in assisting us with our move from Olmsted Falls to Marblehead. Matt and his co-workers were so professional, caring, and helpful. All of our furniture was wrapped carefully in shipping blankets and shrink wrap before placed on the truck. They were very conscientious not to harm our home, and not to soil our carpeting. When they delivered our furniture, they placed everything where we requested. We could not have asked for better service. They were also very punctual and completed the job quickly so that we had time to continue to get settled in that day. We would recommend them highly!!!

Good experience overall. Unloading team was fantastic. Loading team was fine but our silverware and baking sheets did not get packed. Driver seemed to know our house better than us which was impressive. The worst part was the actual cost being $2k more than the estimate despite predicting actual would be lower.

Matt, Jason and Corey were professional, experienced, efficient and effective. Heather also was understanding and went the extra mile to be sure i was satisfied. Thank you!
