The estimating/virtual walk through process was easy and professional. Aaron seemed to really k ow his stuff and his estimate was pretty accurate. The loaders were professional and careful. My one disappointment and concern is that our items were moved between trucks and in that process a dresser leg was snapped off (and not returned), a shelf was snapped, and some plastic shelving was apparently dropped and cracked. This did not happen during the initial loading or the final unloading so it seems they were not as careful when we weren’t watching. The also loaded 4 totes of cleaning supplies and only 1 arrived. I was told no bleach and no aerosol, so those were not packed but for some reason the rest of the supplies including windex, dishwasher detergent and brand new expensive essential oil based cleaners were removed?? No one explained this and we didn’t realize they were missing until after the movers had left.
Overall not a bad experience but there does seem to be room for improvement and more care.
