I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience with Ace, highly recommended by my Realtor, for my recent move to Phoenix. My initial meeting was with Eric, who impressed me with his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge about every aspect of the move. He was always available to answer my many questions throughout the process. The office staff kept me apprised of the progress and sent helpful PDF files with checklists and extensive relocation information.

From the time Eric first came to my house to give me a bid until the time that the drivers and crew pulled away from my new home, my experience was fantastic. I was continually updated through the moving process, the crews on both ends of the move were so kind and professional, they took great care of my belongings and made sure all furniture and belongings were exactly where I wanted them. I would highly recommend Ace Relocations for your moving needs. I moved from San Antonio to the Bay Area and my move was handled very professionally by the ACE team. Aaron Ross was the point of contact who did a tremendous job in helping us move. His professionalism and customer service is par excellence. In fact there was another quote I had that was lower than what ACE gave me, but just because of the customer service provided by Aaron, I chose ACE and I think I made the right choice. ACE is lucky to have people like Aaron.
The process was smooth from beginning to end. You get an in-person quote, followed by a dedicated coordinator who will keep you posted at each step of the move. The drivers are warm and friendly as well. Their claims services have a good reputation as well.

I've know Eric for years and relied on him and his team at Ace several times for my own local moves and helping my friends/family move cross country. I've previously worked in logistics and know how difficult that industry can be getting things front point A to B with time constraints, uncontrollable delay factors and coordinating between multiple parties. Eric and his team at Ace Relocations are top notch professionals. We contracted them for a large job through my workplace and I was so impressed that I had to book them for my own move. Communication, planning, and customer service were all off the charts from start to finish. Moving is stressful enough, if you hire Ace you know that you and your belongings will be well taken care of.

My son and I just moved from Austin TX to a small town in western New York. We contacted Ace Relocation Systems for a quote. The sales rep came into the house and before long we had a very reasonable quote and we hired Ace to do the move.

The crew came and packed everything that needed packing. They did it quickly and professionally . Everything was loaded onto the truck and gone in just a few hours.

When the truck arrived at our new home in NY the driver backed the trailer into, what some would consider a difficult driveway for such a big trailer, with ease and without damaging the lawn or the driveway. He and his assistant got everything unloaded and placed where we asked without complaint or difficulty. They were very personable and easy to talk to.

All in all I am extremely pleased with the service I got from Ace Relocation Systems.

We relocated from Austin to Fort Worth, Texas. Eric Kronebusch did an in-home visit and gave us an excellent price quote, bettering two other companies. The packing crew was outstanding. They were meticulous in their work, very accommodating to our requests and schedule, and finished the work in a timely manner. At the other end, the van arrived on schedule, and Miguel and his crew did a marvelous job of unloading, being careful to locate the boxes and furniture right where we wanted them. They were very courteous, friendly, and obviously enjoyed their work. We cannot say enough good things about them. We recommend them very highly.
In short, we had as good a move as we could have had. Kudos to the whole company.
