Accent Windows

We recently purchased four new windows from Accent Windows and had a very positive experience overall. Jim, the owner, was great to work with throughout the entire process. He kept us informed at every stage and clearly explained what to expect from ordering through installation.

The installation team did an excellent job, and their workmanship showed a high level of professionalism. The windows are clearly high quality and have already made a noticeable improvement to our home.

One of the windows arrived broken during shipment, which caused a delay while a replacement was arranged. Although the delay was due to factors beyond the company’s control, Jim kept us updated and worked diligently to resolve the issue.

In the end, Jim and his team completed the project to our satisfaction, and we’re very happy with the final result. We appreciate their communication, professionalism, and commitment to quality, and we would recommend Accent Windows to anyone considering new windows.

I would give them a 4.5 only because of the delay.
