I felt very pleased with the service from Jim and team! Very relieved to have a slipping window problem quickly solved! Others had looked at the problem and were not able to solve but Jim was very generous to make the house call and I’m very grateful to have my window working again!!! We are very happy with the sliders and the install surpassed my expectations. I had anticipated some repair work after taking out the old doors but they went in perfectly and did not need even the slightest touch up.

Accent Windows was amazing to work with. Heath was the one who put our windows in and he was so thorough and cared about what he was doing. It made us feel better about the projects being done and knowing they were done right. They were very good to communicate with us on what was happening and when they’d be there. I first met Jim from Accent Windows at a County Fair. I was impressed that out of all the window people I ever talked to, he was different. He wasn’t pushy and he seemed to actually care about our situation. We scheduled an in home visit and I was impressed then too. We were able to finance one item at a time. Which will help us out of the financial side of things.
On the day of Instal , Heath Socwell showed up and immediately went to work. He thought about all the things including how to get the sliding glass door down a tricky stairway with a low deck. He was able to be thoughtful and mindful about it. At the end of the, he did an amazing job and was able to successfully to the install without damaging the door or my house. I’m super happy with the door and with the professional manner in which everything was handled. Thank you Accent! We will be returning customers.

Installation was fast and efficient (4 hours to remove and replace 8 very old windows), install team was friendly. Excellent quality and beautiful windows.

Jim was great, we had a fire at our house that broke out one of our windows. He showed up the next day and found a very short lead time custom window that would work. He even went the extra mile and made sure we got all the discounts we could.His installer was very professional and did a great job. Can’t recommend them enough.

Joseph did a great professional job on installing our windows coverings. He let us know when he would arrive and modified it when he knew he would be earlier. He was very organized at the start and made sure that each covering was correct. He was very quick but thorough in his installations and made sure that we understood how each one operated. I would be happy to have Joseph installations for us again!
