Accent Windows

We recently purchased four new windows from Accent Windows and had a very positive experience overall. Jim, the owner, was great to work with throughout the entire process. He kept us informed at every stage and clearly explained what to expect from ordering through installation.

The installation team did an excellent job, and their workmanship showed a high level of professionalism. The windows are clearly high quality and have already made a noticeable improvement to our home.

One of the windows arrived broken during shipment, which caused a delay while a replacement was arranged. Although the delay was due to factors beyond the company’s control, Jim kept us updated and worked diligently to resolve the issue.

The owner came out and was so helpful and professional. Our sliding window/door with built in dog door came in earlier than expected and the installer did a beautiful job. We will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

We are very happy with the sliders and the install surpassed my expectations. I had anticipated some repair work after taking out the old doors but they went in perfectly and did not need even the slightest touch up.

Jim was great, we had a fire at our house that broke out one of our windows. He showed up the next day and found a very short lead time custom window that would work. He even went the extra mile and made sure we got all the discounts we could.His installer was very professional and did a great job. Can’t recommend them enough.

Joseph did a great professional job on installing our windows coverings. He let us know when he would arrive and modified it when he knew he would be earlier. He was very organized at the start and made sure that each covering was correct. He was very quick but thorough in his installations and made sure that we understood how each one operated. I would be happy to have Joseph installations for us again!
