We recently purchased four new windows from Accent Windows and had a very positive experience overall. Jim, the owner, was great to work with throughout the entire process. He kept us informed at every stage and clearly explained what to expect from ordering through installation.

The installation team did an excellent job, and their workmanship showed a high level of professionalism. The windows are clearly high quality and have already made a noticeable improvement to our home.

One of the windows arrived broken during shipment, which caused a delay while a replacement was arranged. Although the delay was due to factors beyond the company’s control, Jim kept us updated and worked diligently to resolve the issue.

Joseph did a great professional job on installing our windows coverings. He let us know when he would arrive and modified it when he knew he would be earlier. He was very organized at the start and made sure that each covering was correct. He was very quick but thorough in his installations and made sure that we understood how each one operated. I would be happy to have Joseph installations for us again!

Please read the entire review. First, the business owner, Jim, is a great guy, and the business is excellent. They stand by their promise that if you have any issues with windows, they will be out to fix them asap. I wish the installer could have been better (which no longer works there). The installer did the worst job ever. They were supposed to work in teams, and just one guy showed up and looked like he was high as a kite and drinking on the job. Jim told us they would only do one window at a time. He Took out all my windows when it was 40 degrees outside and windy. The installer didn't caulk around the windows; it rained that night. All of a sudden, I heard a drip, and I looked where the drip was coming from. I found that the top of the window ceiling was full of water. If it formed a big bubble, then it popped, then all the drywall came down.

I highly recommend Accent Windows. They gave me a fair price for great looking windows and the workmanship and customer service was outstanding. Jim the salesperson and estimator came to building and patiently explained the entire process and presented me with a very competitive price. From there I worked with the office team led by Jamie who was always available, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Heath was the installation technician and did an outstanding job removing the old windows and installing the new without a scratch left behind on any of the surrounding material. We cannot say enough AMAZING things about our experience with Accent Windows! From our first meeting with Jim we knew we were in good hands and were getting quality windows. The order process was easy. Our installer was incredible and talked us through the process. They were completed just before a major heat wave and the positive impacts of the windows on managing the indoor temperature is truly remarkable!!! We needed to replace the exterior doors on our home as the old doors were falling apart. It was important to us to find a style of door that matched with the style of our house, but even after getting quotes from several companies we were told that what we were looking for wasn't being produced anymore and that we should go with a more modern door. Even Lowes and Home Depot didn't have anything remotely like what we wanted! This company was so great! We had a window pane break a few weeks before we were to close on the sale of our home. Accent Windows was quick to get us a quote that wasn’t over priced and they did a rush order. They did a perfect job replacing it and we will definitely use them again!

I have been doing business with Jim and Accent widows for 15 years. He and his installation crew are quick, efficient and do great work.

Things started out a little rough. It was the middle of COVID and leadtimes were long. We had a couple of problems but the true test was the way they were handled. Jim and Shari were super to work with and in the end we got beautiful windows at a very fair price. I recommend Accent Windows highly.

Accent Windows and Doors did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They made the process easy and were great to work with. They replaced one large window and three doors, including our front door. Paint and finish work is included. We have stucco on part of the house which did not present the problem. All good. I asked for donuts and got them too! Try it!
