I’ve now used Abstracts & Titles for a couple of my closings, and I can’t see myself going anywhere else. Their patience, kindness, and customer service made for an excellent experience from start to finish.

We had a couple of hurdles along the way, and I believe that is where character and customer service really show. I was extremely impressed with how everything was handled. Alicia did an outstanding job throughout the process.

I would highly recommend Abstracts & Titles to anyone buying or selling property in Madison County.

Abstracts & Titles handled the closing on our new house and made the whole process painless. Everything was quick and professional, and they walked us through the signing so it actually made sense instead of just “sign here, here, and here.” They even had drink orders ready for us like we were checking into a hotel. Highly recommend if you want a closing experience that doesn’t feel like a chore.
