Abstracts & Titles handled the closing on our new house and made the whole process painless. Everything was quick and professional, and they walked us through the signing so it actually made sense instead of just “sign here, here, and here.” They even had drink orders ready for us like we were checking into a hotel. Highly recommend if you want a closing experience that doesn’t feel like a chore.

The office is beautiful, yet comfortable. The staff is wonderful - very kind, efficient, professional, and welcoming.

Alicia and Megan at Abstracts & Titles were professional, kind, and communicative throughout my closing process. There was a delay early on that pushed my original closing date back, but once it was brought to their attention it was swiftly acknowledged, corrected, and compensated for. They worked hard to get everything back on track and my closing went smoothly. Would recommend.
