From start to finish it seems like I never have a problem of making contact with the installer and they have always been on spot to help out very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone as with any project there may be problems but what I have learned is you judge a business by how they handle the complaints or concerns and A-1 mechanical was A+ in my book

Alan Blankenship was our service technician. He found a somewhat difficult problem with our AC and fixed it. Later on a second visit he helped us with our furnace as it was first time we have tried to use it since moving into a brand new just built home. Alan is very personable and both times he took extra time to help us understand what was wrong, what he did to fix it and what we need to look out for in the future. We would recommend Alan to our family and friends.

Just talked to the GM at A-1 Mechanical and they have resolved the issue I had with the service and turned out to just be an minunderstanding. I will be calling A-1 again in the furture for my HVAC needs.

A1 just completed the installation of a new air conditioner at our home as our previous system went out. Our new unit is working fabulously and cooling our home better than ever. The service technicians were so incredibly professional and respectful and nice to work with. We left them at our home working as we had to go to work and they closed up our home and when we returned there was no evidence they were even there; they cleaned up everything and locked up our home. I can't recommend the A1 team highly enough!

I HIGHLY recommend A1 Mechanical. Our AC unit went out during a very hot week. They were able to get us scheduled for install very quickly. The day of installation it was POURING outside. I expected them to cancel. I wouldn't have blamed them. But they were here, on time, and completed the job quickly and perfectly. I also fully expected them to trample the plants around the unit. I didn't have time to move them, wouldn't have blamed them, but they must've danced around them, because they looked untouched.
