Alan was a great tech. He came to rebalance our new home. He explained and taught me everything he was doing. Also gave me tips and tricks to help with the lowering the bill.

This company does excellent work. I schedule my appointments with Shelby and request Randy when it comes to the service work being done. This time I had Randy install and configure an Ecobee thermostat after the Google Nest thermostat started giving me problems. I supplied the thermostat, and Randy supplied the skills to install this perfectly. 36 hours later, the thermostat rebooted/restarted, so I called Shelby and she immediately put me on the schedule again with Randy, but it was a couple of days out. Unit worked properly during this time. Randy called before coming out and we discussed what had happened. Turns out, I didn't need him to come back out since he had seen this before. No problems since then. Works flawlessly.

Trent Morris and his Tesm at Outstanding Heating and Cooling (now A1) did a good installation of our dual Bryant Goethermal HVAC systems in our new house. I would like to learn more about how the HVAC’s operate with each other, including humidity, and how to avoid electric resistance heating as much as possible. I would like to go over some minor details on the control cable routing and the back panel on the downstairs HVAC is not well fastened on the top. Thank you, Michael B.

We have always had a great experience! We have had some issues with our system and every time I call they come out promptly and fix the issue. Even going above and beyond to find a company that has discontinued parts for our system. I also appreciate the reminder call when we are due for service and the opportunity to schedule something that works for us.

Allen Blankenship returned today to finish the work on our HVAC. Our circuit board replacement was completed today. There was another technician with him today, Jeff John’s. I would highly recommend these two gentleman . They were thorough in their assessment of the work that needed to be done and very professional.
