We had a power surge at our home by AES doing some work in the neighborhood and it blew out our thermostat. I called A1 and they sent someone to the home within the hour to replace it for us!

The issue was with the lack of heat in the addition to our original Home. They kept coming back every time I called until it got resolved. The attendant, Alan, was great. He listened and really made an effort to get it corrected. If not for him, we still would have no heat. I highly recommend them.

During a 100 degree recent day, I called A1 Mechanical, knowing they would be very busy, and Christina went out of her way to get me on their schedule that day for my AC problems. Technician, Colin, was on time and had me up and running in no time. Great experience!

We came back to our home after being away for a week. Outside temperatures were in the nineties. To our dismay, the inside of our house was a close second. We tried the company that installed the HVAC. Guy came out the next day and could not solve the issue. We went 48 hours without relief. We contacted A1. We had read reviews and kept seeing the same service technician mentioned. Alan Blankenship. Guess who came out first thing in the morning? Alan! He worked for two hours plus. Told us exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what we could expect. He restored air conditioning and saved us money from what the other company had estimated. Alan is very personable, capable, competent, and reassuring. Highly recommend A1. Just get your own service technician. We are keeping Alan.

A1 did the install of our system with our builder, provided post build support and I’ve since brought them on as our preventative maintenance provider. They have been great to work with.
