Technician showed up on time, answered all my questions, did the full service and fixed a few minor issues we didn’t know about. Price was fair and reasonable.

I signed up for A1's annual maintenance service in November 2025. Thus far they have performed a fall/winter service check on the HVAC itself and service on the associated de-humidifier. For each occurrence, A1's representative was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and performed their tasks in an efficient manner. Based on my experience thus far, I would recommend A1 to others. I will update this review over time to share my ongoing experiences with A1 and ensure the star rating is appropriate.

A1 came out for a routine inspection. The technicians were nice, provided a thorough inspection report. The weren’t pushy with upsales, just explained and said to call if ever interested. Cleaned all the standard parts, and did a nice job.

Guys from Outstanding heat and air were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They went above and beyond in getting the installation and follow up done correctly and made sure all was to my satisfaction.

I’ve had an excellent experience with A-1! When we lost heat on a Sunday, I called them, and they went above and beyond to help. Instead of rushing out for a weekend service call, they patiently tried to troubleshoot the issue with us over the phone. Unfortunately, nothing worked, so we scheduled a visit for Monday.

The technician who came out was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the main issue quickly but also pointed out shortcuts taken by a previous company and even showed us how they had disabled critical safety features 😱. He provided a detailed list of additional repairs needed to address those issues, which was extremely helpful.

The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was top-notch. A-1 has earned my trust, and they are now my go-to HVAC company. Highly recommend!

Reasonably well service. They did fix the issue in a couple trips to my house, but I had to call them first to remind them about the part they had ordered for me so I could get scheduled for service. I'm not sure if they would have given me a call to get scheduled, but perhaps they would have. The service was also rather expensive, but I don't really know the going rates for the part that were ordered and the service that was performed.

They have done a great job keeping my heat going during this frigid weather. Would highly recommend!

I had new HVAC system installed last year. ND the salemen was great ,it was cold out no heat 3 days but it wasn't freezing. They were supportive of my needs and came out quickly and we needed to replace our system. The came out completed job in one day. The were professional and respectful of my wife sleeping. The left the basement cleaned and back yard. I have been using this company for years but it was under different management. They did not disappoint. Highly recommend.
