In an old day care I sent my kid to (not AtoZ), the teachers gave everyone equal attention, the skids had group bonding and learning activities, the teachers actually went through training, and constantly acknowledge individual strength. My kid remembers everyone's name and had separation anxiety for only 2 days. My kid brings home new crafts everyday proudly. She was helping teachers distributing food and cleaning tables.
We moved here. Then in the two days my daughter was in AtoZ, I observed through camera closely.
