I am a single mom and I NEED to know that my baby is being cared for while I work, because there are no other options for me. We absolutely love A to Z! It’s so comforting to have cameras that I am able to check in on my daughter while she’s there, and I get notifications for everything she does! Every diaper change, what she ate, the activities they are doing. It’s great. They have helped my daughter grow into such a smart and independent girl! My son broke his leg while at this facility and we’ve had a nightmare experience dealing with the after math. The owners would not share any of the state documentation with us or any of the camera footage, so we were left up to their word on what happened. Our son’s doctor didn’t want him to return for a few weeks, and the owners would not give us any leeway on payments or pause on tuition, even though he got hurt at their facility and we’ve had to pay for additional help to come to our home. When the director called to let us know our son was hurt, she called him by the wrong name. After he got his cast on and I called her, the first thing she brought up was how his tuition was due instead of asking how he was doing. Very poor customer service. Honestly, one star is being nice… I have subbed at this daycare about 3 or 4 times, & each time I was shocked at how bad this place is. The little little kids are going around swearing up & down & threatening kids & teachers. The older kids 100% influence the littles by their bad behavior. I most recently worked in the preschool age, & boy do I regret it!!! I almost walked out mid shift crying-& that is not how I roll!! These kids I kid you not, bit me, punched me in the face, arms, legs, etc., threw buckets at me, hit me with wooden blocks, & scratched me. I left my shift with SEVERAL bruises I am so surprised I don’t have more. Best daycare ever! The environment is super clean, any time i dropped my son off or picked him up someone was always picking up or moping/sweeping, it never smelled of chemicals which is always nice!
My son has a speech impediment so he has always had a hard time communicating but EVERY teacher/daycare worker took time to understand him and learned his cues and tricks to undersrand him better and got to love him and see him for how awesome he is! Aswell as making him feel welcomed and heard. . So much so my son would bring "treats" for his friends. I Found out he was giving them to the teachers! Absolutely precious!

My child was in the class with 3-5yr olds. The environment was toxic to my child’s development. It was due to violent children in the class that the daycare did not fully address with all necessary steps, including possible expulsion. Their lack of action put my child, the other children and the teachers, at the risk of harm. My child began to withdraw from other children, because of her inability to trust other children were safe and nonviolent. She also began to cry and say she didn’t want to go to daycare anymore, when previously before she was excited. Furthermore, my wife talked to the daycare a week prior about the problems, and about my child being at the very least moved to another class. They said it would only take a day to make the change. This is the only place I trust with my kids! They have live video feed, live updates on what/when they eat, are changed, napped, etc. The teachers are kind and my kids love them and care always happy when they come home. Even my son who has emotional special needs is treated amazing.

I was scared to be away from my kids, but they are by far the best company and I truly believe they treat my kids how I would treat them. I love all my kids teachers and can’t thank them enough for their patience, love, and time that they give to my children.

I’d recommend this company to anyone and would never go anywhere else! Even on the rare occasion I have a concern, they go above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable as a parent that my kids are taken care of, and do so immediately. Very impressive!

My son and I love this daycare! They have cameras to be able to check in on your child(ren) all day and updates throughout the day. Good snacks and food and plenty of room to play outside. In an old day care I sent my kid to (not AtoZ), the teachers gave everyone equal attention, the skids had group bonding and learning activities, the teachers actually went through training, and constantly acknowledge individual strength. My kid remembers everyone's name and had separation anxiety for only 2 days. My kid brings home new crafts everyday proudly. She was helping teachers distributing food and cleaning tables.

We moved here. Then in the two days my daughter was in AtoZ, I observed through camera closely. In the 8 hours, she spent 2 hours crying, because the attention of the teachers can only be drawn to crying; 3 hours standing in the outside, not doing anything, just watching others, and the teachers don't even introduce her to others;... My son, Odin has been going to A to Z since January. He LOVES it! The teachers and staff are so sweet with him and he talks about them all the time. I was very nervous about leaving my child in a daycare even though I have worked in a daycare but my experience here has been really great. Their facility is very secure, staff is friendly, environment is COVID safe, everything that they feed or do with your child is recorded (for example they'll record their nap time and how much they napped or if they applied lotions to your child, etc.), I have the option to jump onto my phone and find her on a camera, outside place space is large with great trees, and my child rarely comes home with stained clothes...which is better than I can do! Their hours are extremely convenient and their payment plans are simple and easy to follow. Like I said, I was super apprehensive but now I'm just completely impressed.
