A to Z Building Blocks Orem

My child loves everyone here! The teachers are amazing. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The facilities are well maintained and the playground at the Orem location is huge. The kids spend lots of time outside. The indoor activities are well thought out and there are a variety of toys to play with inside and outside. I highly recommend checking them out.

I needed to publicly share my experience so far with A to Z as of October 2024.
We have only been with them 1 month, and I have already seen such an improvement with my 2 year old son. We came from a really run down, and neglectful daycare in Orem- I was very hesitant to try a daycare again til I came across these guys. We started with pricing, and it was higher than what I had before, but let me just tell you the difference in QUALITY, SMELL, CLEANLINESS, ENERGY, everything is so so worth it. My little guy is soo excited to come to daycare now, he literally runs inside the building. He use to run away begging not to go in the other one. I also LOVE being able to livestream and check on him throughout the day.
If you’re considering A to Z for a trusted place for your most prized possessions, I would 10/10 recommend them!!

My baby started at A to Z in Orem when she was 6 months old so I could go to nursing school and has been there for 2 years now. I have appreciated this facility in so many ways. With a complicated clinical, work and school schedule, the amount of coverage in the day this facility provides (6am-6:30pm) with the option to drop her off and pick her up at any point in the day has been so incredibly helpful.

I remember initially being concerned about checking in on her throughout the day and love that there are cameras streaming live footage of the classroom and playground area so I can always see what she is doing all throughout the day. I can also call at any point to talk to the director or a teacher for an update if I want to talk to someone. They also have an app where they send pictures, notes about what my daughter is doing that day and if she ever gets a little bump or...

Absolutely love this place, can't say enough good things. There are cameras that allow you to watch your kiddo the whole time they are there and it just brings me both joy and piece of mind when we drop off our baby. We had to start our daughter in daycare earlier than planned, but with starting her there at 3 months old til now at 6 month she really seems to enjoy it- she colors, she plays with toys, she interacts with other babies and it seems to have helped her learn to crawl way faster than normal. I feel she's above the curve because of being here and doesn't mind being handed to others and doesn't fuss when we drop her off. The teachers are SO kind and informative - I get daily photos of her doing cute things, updates regarding her food intake and diaper changes. My daughter is the most important person on this planet to me, so her care and welling are my greatest priorities.
My daughter has only been coming here for 3 weeks now, but she already loves it and is so loved.
I get photo updates throughout the day and get to see how my daughter is doing with napping, eating, etc.
Her old daycare she'd cry at drop-off and at pickup- but now it's just drop off and at pickup I get the cutest smile that seems to say 'I had a great day, but I'm really glad you're here'
I am on state subsidy and the tuition for A to Z is more than what state would cover, but it's truly so worth it. Their child to teacher numbers are low and my daughter is loved greatly, fed well and most importantly happy when she is here. I am able to leave her here knowing that she is in excellent hands.

My son has been going to this daycare for 4 years now and we absolutely love them. I love the staff here, but more importantly my son loves the staff here. There is never a fight or crying when he is dropped off and im am never worried about his well-being. Dont know what I would do with out them!

There is no other daycare I would trust more than A to Z Building Blocks to care for my children! My daughter (who is now 8 years old) has been attending A to Z Building Blocks in Orem since she was two years old. Jodee and her team are absolutely magnificent. They provide my daughter with a safe and nurturing environment and enriching activities to engage her. The team consistently communicates so that I am updated on my daughter’s activities when she is there. They send pictures, food intake updates, and incident reports. Each room at the center has cameras so you can watch your child whenever you want in real time and it is the only daycare center that I found with a large outdoor play area with ample space and a canopy of giant trees. We loved our time with A to Z. JoDee is running a tight ship at the Orem location and responds quickly and kindly to questions and concerns. We loved the camera access, the variety in the meals, the nifty app, and the delightful teachers. For reference if you're researching and want numbers, we paid $432.50 a week for a 2-year-old and 4-year-old to attend full-time.

My only complaints pertain to one or two of my older child's classmates who introduced him to bad language and were violent, however I believe that those things were (sadly) taught at home, and that the center do all they can to address and correct those behaviors.

Highly recommend this daycare!

I have been going here since I was in kindergarten. And I had to stop going last summer of 2022. This daycare is fun especially in the summers! They take you on field trips and do activities and it's super fun! It was sad to say goodbye. All the teachers here are very kind and funny. The teachers with the 1-3, kindergarten, and 4-6 are so funny and they remember your name and you can actually talk to them! I would recommend this daycare for children because you can make a lot of new friends! I have made so many new friends coming to this daycare! So yeah, I really recommend this place!

I love A to Z Building Blocks. We live about 15 minutes away and I don’t mind the commute because they are great. The teachers make it so worth it and it’s a huge relief as a working mother to find people you can trust to leave your children with. The teachers we have are always thinking of fun things to do with the kids, for example, they painted pumpkins for October and they pull them in a wagon/go on a walk when the weather is nice. During the summer they have daily field trips (e.g. aquarium) and plan different activities like cooking, crafting, show and tell, etc. I personally love that my kids aren’t in front of a screen all day. They also offer preschool through Alpine School District and they were willing to let ABA therapists from an outside company come in. This is the absolute best daycare! I’m not kidding when I say this may be the best daycare on earth. The teachers genuinely love the kids and treat them with kindness and patience. My children are excited to go to daycare ansee their friends and all their teachers!

The facility is spotless and the teachers are well trained, even getting additional training once a month! I’m always picking the kids up and receiving cute pieces of art and keepsakes the teachers make with my kids. ❤️

Their even have summer camp where they go on field trips every week, and twice a year they have a professional photographer come and take pics of your kids! They do fun family activities all the time too.

We love A to Z! Our kids are so happy here, and the teachers really care for the kids. I appreciate how to work creatively with us when we encounter struggles with our young kids, and they’re very communicative about everything. My kids love going there as well!

I have worked with this company in the two year old classroom for a year and a half. I have been given the training, support and tools that I need to offer high quality care to the kids and families I work with. I'm not only trained to keep the kids safe, but have been taught to help them develop language, social skills, reasoning, physical skills, creativity and a love of learning. Working with this company has given me the most fulfillment of any job I've had!

I have worked for A to Z Building Blocks for 5 years! I love it! The staff is great!

We love A to Z Orem center. We have a 1 year old and a 3 year old attending this center. The nursery teachers are the best. They care about your babies and give you updates on how they did throughout the day every day. My 1 year old loves her teachers ( Ms Lizzy and Ms Samantha) in her class. They also taught her how to walk, speak simple words and some sign language!
My Chinese speaking three year old had a little hard time to adjust at first but the teachers were very patient and eventually helped her to involve. She is learning new things everyday and we got to talk about her learning progress and goals every couple months. My three years old learned many new songs, vocabulary, and clean up after herself here. Her favorite teachers are Ms Josie and Ms Brooke.

A great daycare with great ppl and a great program for my toddler!

We love A to Z! Everyone is so nice, my kids learn so much, and they are extremely well organized. You can check on your kiddos on camera anytime throughout the day, and you get notifications on naps, food, diaper changes, etc. It’s the only place I found that I could trust and have peace of mind with. And the staff is just amazing.

A to Z Buildingblocks has been so amazing! Our almost 2 year old has been going there since she was 6 months old. The staff is so sweet and we absolutely adore her teachers both past and present.

I took my daughter for the summer program, then decided to try a different center (for no good reason) and HAD to come back! My daughter feels safe and loved here. I am a single mom and I NEED to know that my baby is being cared for while I work, because there are no other options for me. The staff at the Orem location of A to Z Building Blocks is caring and provides a secure environment for my little family! We love them!
