Can't say enough good things about Mark Anderson and his A-Team. They de-commisioned our out dated fuel oil furnace and installed a state of the art Mitsubishi Heat Pump. We now also have central air conditioning, great upgrade.
They did what they said they would and the results were awesome.

I had new furnace, central AC and water heater installed by the A-Team last week (week before Christmas). Benjamin was wonderful, patient and worked with me on products, pricing and warranties. We started the quoting process late summer and he understood I needed to get a few quotes for comparison. He checked in but did not rush me.

The service techs were respectful of my house, prompt, courteous and extremely efficient. It was obvious they take pride in their workmanship.

I would highly recommend the A-Team for all of your heating and cooling needs.

And, they loved my dog!

A-Team came out last minute for a circulator pump replacement on a Saturday night. Super friendly, easy to communicate with, and got the job done fast. Highly reocmmended.

FIVE STARS FOR CARL - I am a story-teller. I like to hear the background of a story. So, here we go. I admit I should have been so much more aware and observant. I let our two propane tanks become empty. When I called my supplier yesterday, I was told that someone was to have come on automatic delivery last week to refill. So, it wasn’t all my fault (smile). But now I had no heat. And, the supplier did appear about three hours later. By having nothing “but sediment” or “air” left in the propane tanks, that affected the furnace. The supplier got the furnace going again yesterday after a total refill and I had heat into the evening; but this morning when I awoke, the house was COLD. This is the point of this story: when everything is working well, the furnace is invisible; but when something goes wrong, the furnace becomes front and center. This is the first week of...

The reviews are really deserved for this company. The follow up is excellent. The person who showed up was experienced with my boiler system. There was a small issue the next day ( Saturday) and he showed up to fix that. I will be calling them again.

Thanks to Ben for overseeing the installation of our heat pump from start to finish and to everyone at A Team! The removal of the old furnace and oil tank followed by the installation took 3 days with no issues and the system is working as advertised. All questions were answered and any issues were addressed within a reasonable amount of time.

I've used A-Team a few times now and they have been responsive and easy to work with. Karl, the tech I've worked with has been super helpful!

I had called another HVAC company before A-Team as I'm a first time homeowner and needed some items done. I was immediately met on the phone by an extremely rude member of the other company's office staff which made me not want to deal with that company. I read some reviews about A-Team and they sounded awesome. I called and spoke with Lexie. She was extremely kind and understanding. She gave me clear and honest pricing and was extremely sweet. Appointment scheduling was quick and effortless. Carl called before arrival and when he got here, he just had a great vibe and explained everything. We had a broken HVAC system. I called in the afternoon, and they were there very quickly. The service person communicated very well with me about what the problem was, they got the part overnight, and they had the system fixed in no time.

The cost was really reasonable compared with other big companies I've worked with recently. I felt that they were honest about what they were doing, which I can't always say about a big company. And Lexi, the office person, was so helpful and personable. She was a wonderful person to work with.

Mark and his team are a great resource. They installed a propane high efficiency furnace in my home. They were professional and just nice. I prefer them to their competition... better price, better value, and less hassle. They are actually try to get you a good match for your needs, not just sell you more than you need, which I appreciate. The crews were thorough and on time.

Recent pole transformer over-voltage condition cause both the house oil boiler and the air conditioner to fail. Got on the phone with the A-Team after power was restored to normal and they responded quickly to make the necessary and difficult repairs. Thanks A-Team for getting our equipment back and functioning.

I had an AC unit issue in the doldrums of late July. The tech was luckily able to come same day I called, and fixed the issue. Within about 2 hours we had cold air again and could stop sweating! Great service. Will use them for all my future HVAC needs.

A simple Google search led me to A-Team in a desperate attempt to restore my central air on a very hot weekend. Lexi quickly put me at ease with her patience and professionalism and set up an app for the next day.

Words can not describe how impressed I have been with A-Team. We had a brand new HVAC split system installed in 2016 and had issues from day one. After years of trying to fix the issue with the original installer, including swapping the condenser and installing new split units, the issue was finally resolved by A-Team. Mark is a gem! He was patient, determined to help us and fixed our system in a matter of days. We finally have some relief from the summer heat! Incredible service and people all around.

We used A-Team to install heat pumps (replacing a boiler) last year and they did a great job. Mark Anderson's preview was spot on, and the technicians were efficient, collaborative and very responsive. A supplier's error delayed the job some, but A-Team was transparent and didn't add to the inevitable delay. We immediately signed up for maintenance. If possible, I'm even more impressed by our experience this week after a storm took out our well pump. They responded quickly, were extremely helpful, gave clear explanations, and did everything they undertook in the time they said it would take. We couldn't have wished for a better experience.

I have been using Mark and his A-Team for over 17 years. I have not met a more honest individual than Mark. What he quotes you is the price. No hidden fees or surprises to increase your bill. He installed my furnace and all my duct work. The price was what was on the quote. If you schedule your annual service and they are going to be late you get a call to let you know. He does not let you sit around and wait for them. This team is professional and does the job right the first time. Never tries to sell you something extra. I have never been happier with a local business.
