I had a heating emergency furnaçe failure !
Having used A Team Comfort for my shower drip in the past with heat success, I have them a call..
I was treated with care , not shugged off or put on the back of a list !
A Team Comfort lived up to the name A Team.
Before I knew it, the o2ner personally contacted me and assured me his tech was coming first thing in the morning the following day !
Like clockwork they tackled the problem, and I was saved from what could have been several weeks off a major crisis.!

Appreciate the technicians' taking the time to troubleshoot and pinpoint what was wrong with a 20 year furnace that they were unfamiliar with. Got the issue solved on the same day. TY

I have nothing but good things to say about A-Team Comfort Systems. After buying a home with an improperly installed furnace and hot water heater, as well as an old a/c unit, we needed to replace our furnace and air conditioning and make adjustments to our hot water heater. We have been given honest, good pricing on all the work they have done for us. I've always received immediate return calls from Lexi in the office and the technicians always arrive exactly when they say they will. Mark, the owner, gave us several good options and we never felt pressured into our decisions. Technicians Jerry and Carl have both done work for us and we are completely confident in their knowledge and skills. I am very happy to have found a company I can trust.

Our old furnace broke down on a very cold weekend. The first company we contacted couldn't find a new pump to fix it and gave us a very high estimate for repairs. I think they mostly wanted to sell us a new system.
A-Team came for a visit to scope out what the problem was and then was able to fix the furnace a day later at half the cost of the first company's estimate..
Communication with A-Team and Mark was easy and fast. They knew we had an emergency and they did everything they could to address it.
Carl, our repair guy, was fantastic. A great communicator, relaxed and methodical in the work, and just a very nice guy.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

Don't waste your time calling. Called spoke to a woman that took my info and said she would have someone call me back. Well 2 days later no call back. Horrible! So after posting this they called the next morning saying they called me back the next morning after speaking to them. She said she probably should have left a message when they called me back lol. LIES!! I guess they don’t realize I have caller id. So not only do they not call back they lie to cover up their incompetence.

A-Team replaced my heating and cooling system last month with mini-splits, and I cannot heap enough praise on them! From owner Mark, to Lexi who you'll reach when you call, to Keith the installer and his helper (sorry, I didn't get your name), to the guy who took care of getting the building permit (again, my apologies for not remembering your name), I couldn't have asked for better service. Were there hiccups? Of course there were, but what in life doesn't have them? The important thing is everything, including the hiccups, were dealt with in a professional, bend-over-backwards for the customer, manner. After 20 years I'm finally away from the incompetent, uncaring boobs at Kosco, and thrilled to be part of the A-Team family, and they truly do treat you like family! Hey A-Team, here's to the next 20 years, and hopefully beyond!

The technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and saved my day by removing the mouse nest in my heat pump, and blocking off all access of potential future unwanted residents. All with a lovely sense of humor. Thank you!
