Our inspector was Steven Knowlton. He was on time for our appointment, was very courteous, and explained what he would be doing. He allowed us to ask some questions along the way instead of waiting until the inspection was completed. Upon completion, Steven went over his findings and gave us the details of items noted in his inspection report. He was very thorough and professional making it a positive experience. The whole process was a breeze. From making the initial contact with them to make the appointment to receiving the report at the end both in printed and email form. Danny was punctual, polite, and extremely knowledgeable at his job. This company definitely does the most amazing job at customer service. Highly recommend.

Home inspection was thorough and professional. Danny took the time to walk us through the inspection step-by-step, and also around the property in general to see the overall condition of common areas and parking garage (condo complex). There were a couple of minor/cosmetic maintenance items that I pointed out that were missed (couple door jams off center and sliding door handle not locking properly), but all major risk areas were covered to my satisfaction. I would definitely consider using A Better Home Inspection again in the future.
