Our inspector was Steven Knowlton. He was on time for our appointment, was very courteous, and explained what he would be doing. He allowed us to ask some questions along the way instead of waiting until the inspection was completed. Upon completion, Steven went over his findings and gave us the details of items noted in his inspection report. He was very thorough and professional making it a positive experience.
