Once we decided to use SoTellUs, our account was set up, integrations were made, and the app was running smoothly from devices in our business within MINUTES. The ease of setup was truly astonishing. Ron, Isaac, and Troy were able to rapidly answer our questions. User interface is seamless and convenient. Even before we realized it had happened, Google and Facebook reviews were publishing to our website and SoTellUs account. Now when you open our homepage, dozens of five-star reviews from numerous platforms are displayed. We cannot imagine how the product or support can be improved- it meets and exceeds every expectation imaginable.

So Tell Us makes get reviews way easier than anything I have ever tried. Especially video reviews! Gets posted immediately at the time we record. That way people will actually give you a review instead of hoping that they will go login somewhere and maybe give you a review.

We implemented So Tell Us on Monday and we got 38 reviews this week! All we did was put the So Tell Us App on our iPad at the front desk and we started asking patients as they left to leave us a 5-Star review. Worked like a charm!
