I had a few 1 star reviews on Google due to employees that were let go. Even though they were fake reviews and fake accounts we could not remove them. As a child care center it made us look bad even though we know we are a qualify center. We often asked parents to give us reviews but the follow through was not there. Since starting with SoTellUs we have gotten enough reviews to raise our Google reviews from a 2 up to a 4.2! This is huge! I use to worry that people would judge us by the few one star reviews but now we have true 5 star reviews to reflect the true nature of our business!!!

Thought you might get a kick out of this, we recently had a new customer that could not believe we had so many 5 star reviews on our website and social media, when we got to his home he told my technician that he checked ip addresses to be sure it wasn't us making the reviews. He said, I guess you guys are good. LOL.

How much easier could it be to get started? It only took 5 minutes and 1 email to my web developer to have my reveiws show up on my site! So easy, so robust and ive already sent an invite to my latest client for a reveiw. Tha k you SoTellUs for making this the easiest software to use!
