I really wanted this to work. In fact, after a week of no response, against my better judgement, I fledged ahead. They hadn’t checked their emails and tried to blame me for not sending logos.

I know it’s hard to express a vision. So I tried to make it easy. Typewriter font on the left. Match the background of my logo, most importantly They couldn’t do that, they only use the free Canva. I’m paying you $300 a month and you’re using a free app? I asked twice not to send people to my competitions sites. So, once again, they did exactly what I asked them not to.

The best part of all of this. I provided all the content. I just asked for them to make it look cohesive and create a pretty feed. Again, they couldn’t do that, too hard with a free app.

I have never purchased your services. I like to look at reviews and examine how the business in question treats their customers. Looking at the post from Erika Fulton (I don't know her from Adam) you said she only posted 'negative' reviews, in an effort to discredit her. However, I checked her reviews (which were made before she made your review) and she has 2 positive reviews. Then you went on to make personal attacks against her. Right or wrong, seeing how you misrepresented and treated this customer, coupled with some of the other negative reviews that were made against you, sadly, you have lost a potential customer. I was not too pleased with the services this company gave me in regards to marketing my business. There were a few mistakes that to me were just unacceptable, posting that I am giving away free services for example, Smh.. I feel like this company is a joke and is just like all the other companies out there that hound potential clients, making themselves available until you give them your business. Once you do, they disappear, emails are not responded to and trying to reach a person by phone becomes impossible.
I feel like I wasted my $ and my time with 98 Buck social. While I do see others leaving 4 or 5 star reviews, (kudos for them) I cant bring myself to do that. Like I stated before I was not pleased with the level of service I received. I was warned about this company prior to signing up and I really wish I listened.
