98 buck Social didn't really share in my vision. I spoke to someone briefly, explained my business model and filled out a form about my business, it still didn't translate. Very basic posts and reels- not engaging, elevator music. They also aren't posting across all platforms as promised. My daily followers, likes, and comments have gone down since I started with 98 buck 2 weeks ago. Its just not a good fit for me and my brand. Super disappointed and I have 2 weeks left because they do not give refunds. At least contracts are month to month.

98 buck social used to provide good service. but now as soon you as you make payment. they start telling you to email support instead helping. I wasn't able to connect my Instagram account with them at all.

I needed a company that would create social media posts for me on a regular schedule. They are prompt and use the content that I already have to create posts.
The posts are attractive and succinct. I don't have to try hard. This is all I was asking for.

My only issue is that the IG and FB accounts that are linked refuse to link with them so it's a bit of an annoyance. Everything else runs smoothly and simply
