98 BuckSocial changed its platform and in the process lost all the appeal I raved about in my original post.

As a nonprofit consultant I always test vendors before recommending them to my clients. With this current format I no longer feel I or my clients receive the benefits that warranted the 5 Stars I originally gave them. While I believe in process improvements, their switch to a group management system (vs assigned to a specific marketing manager) leaves a lot to be desired. When I had Tasha as my point person, I felt as if we established a rapport and she got to know me and could replicate my voice in the posts. With this Queue system that is for “The Low Tier” clients - and Yes, that’s how they referred to me - I had to explain the feel I was looking for with each new person. This service is COMPLETE WASTE of MONEY! Their customer service is the worst!!! Terrible, in fact horrible responsiveness from management. I spent over 6 months with this service telling me they would "get my voice" and grow my social media business...to a huge FAIL. The editors work tirelessly to find the voice without any support or efforts from whomever it is who runs this business. ZERO attempts to "correct" or revise posts...I had to write many myself!
