My dishwasher leaked for some time before I found the leak. My insurance company has a popular named company come into to dry out my kitchen. It was not done thoroughly. 911 Restoration cane in and made sure all was dry and then the restored my kitchen. Not only that, they did a complete remodel for me. It’s beautiful! The cabinetry is so gorgeous! I love it. I highly recommend this company.

911 is amazing! The fact that they have a 24/7 emergency line has given me peace of mind in the fact that i am able get help when needed. They are fast and work hard!

If you have ever had any kind of property damage you already know how stressful it can be trying to get everything taken care of while maintaining some form of normalcy in your daily activities. Chad and his crew were great to work with throughout this process. They quickly responded to the initial call and started the documentation and dry out process for our water damage. They were very familiar with the documentation needed for the insurance companies and had top notch equipment and software to ensure that everything was dried out and handled appropriately. The damage was quite extensive and required the replacement of carpet, hardwood, and tile in several rooms. We also had to paint the baseboards and a few walls in the affected rooms. I am a return customer and a really happy one. Chad and his crew are amazing. Not only are they highly skilled and professional, they are also extremely personable. When I called due to water damage caused by a faulty dishwasher, their response was immediate. Water damaged my kitchen causing all flooring to need replacement. I am so happy with the quality of work performed by this company!! I would rate them “10 stars”!

No one really ever wants to use a restoration service. However, when you need one, you need a good one. A hot water heater went out in one of my apartments and water filled the apartment and the adjoining apartment. The job was too big for me and my ShopVac. I called 911 Restoration and they took care of the rest. I was so glad I called the professionals. Properly drying out your property from water damage is way more complicated than I knew. If it wasn't taken care of properly, I could have had problems with mold and damage to the walls and cabinets.
If I ever experience something like this again, I'm calling 911 Restoration.

After we found a leak in our master bath, Chad and his team worked with me to not only fix the leak and any issue caused by the leak, but also remodel my master bathroom into a spa-like haven. My husband and I owned a rental property that had been vacated for several weeks. Checking by the property we noticed water was flowing under the garage door.
