We had an addition put onto our house. Chad was great throughout the entire process. He was very patient with our ever changing ideas for the space. Todd does quality work and everyone on Chad’s team is very thorough. They even found some hidden termite damage and made all the necessary repairs. We didn’t know we were living in an unsafe home. Thanks to 911 restoration our family is safe and enjoying the extra square footage from the addition.

This company is fabulous. Quick response and action. All personnel are wonderful but since I saw Zack daily I must say he was delightful. Always pleasant and ready to explain any questions. He could've been more helpful and reassuring in this crisis. Very upbeat and timely for arrivals. Would use them again if necessary but hopefully won't have to. Great company!

911 Restoration did a great job diagnosing and removing all damaged areas after a pipe burst and caused water damage. Team was professional and they had a very quick response.

911 Restoration provided a great service for the disaster that happened at my son house.
He had an unknown rat problem in his attic. The rats chewed through the water lines causing leaks threw out the attic. Tim came out and explained the whole cleanup process, the next day the work began. The clean up process can seem overwhelmed at times, however Tim and Chad made sure we understood everything going on. I would recommend using 911 Restoration they are a great company to work with.
