911 Restoration

I had a pipe burst in the ceiling and it quickly collapsed since it happened at night and they quickly came the next morning after I called. It took awhile for the whole process of cleaning up and restoring (a whole summer) but once they were done, the ceiling looks brand new ! However, some stains were left on my carpet and walls from the paints and repairing, and my biggest issue was how I cannot use my ceiling fan anymore because they didn’t fix it to the ceiling after I asked them multiple times if they can do it. It’s just very unstable now. I can live with the conditions, but their service wasn’t perfect.

I experienced Covid-19 in January and was looking for a company that could clean & sanitize my home. 911-Restoration provided this service & I am forever grateful for making this choice. I highly recommend this company and all the services they provide.

911 was very responsive and thorough in removing water and moisture after a kitchen sink water heater flooded our kitchen. The agent who responded was very knowledgeable, honest, and transparent in handling our issue. He even came on weekends to check out the cleanup. We were impressed with the quality of 911's work.

Chad and the people at 911 Restoration are great. Unfortunately we’ve had a couple of water leaks and need help quickly. Both times 911was here as a soon as possible to evaluate the situation and determine what needed to be done. They took care of us as quickly as possible and got the repairs and build back done quickly too. They kept us updated every step of the way and answered all of our questions and concerns. We hope we never have this type of problem again, but if it happens, 911 Restoration is our first call!!

Tim was extremely helpful and came out right away to start the clean-up process and water mitigation. 911 Restoration performed the work on the reconstruction as well. Todd was the project manager in the reconstruction process and was wonderful. He always answered my questions promptly by text and kept me informed of the process and timeline. Everything was done on time and turned out beautifully. They did a fabulous job. They were always on time, they immediately took care of any requests that I decided to have done while the project was being completed, and they were always willing to go the extra mile. No other restoration company I would consider! Working with Todd and Timothy was a cakewalk. Our open and easy communication was comforting after treading through the nightmare of dealing with a plumber that had me replace a perfectly good hot water tank, walking me through my homeowner’s insurance notes and actually noticing that mold started to grown in my pantry and closet! We had to then replace flooring in my foyer, living and dining room. I didn’t have to worry a bit! They did the hard part of communicating with my insurance company and voilà, it was all taken care of. The workers were respectful and trust worthy.They made sure to clean as they went and I had no reservations of them entering my home unaccompanied. Out side of the noted damage/repairs I wanted some cosmetics done. Todd came out and wrote up a quote and the work was completed in no time. I can’t say enough...

Honest and reliable. Great with a difficult job

I spoke with Tim who was very professional and informative. His crew came in and sanitized and cleaned my home due to Covid-19 being introduced to my home. They wiped down and sprayed as well as performed an electrostatic spray treatment to the house.
