He had an unknown rat problem in his attic. The rats chewed through the water lines causing leaks threw out the attic. Tim came out and explained the whole cleanup process, the next day the work began. I had a pipe burst in the ceiling and it quickly collapsed since it happened at night and they quickly came the next morning after I called. It took awhile for the whole process of cleaning up and restoring (a whole summer) but once they were done, the ceiling looks brand new ! However, some stains were left on my carpet and walls from the paints and repairing, and my biggest issue was how I cannot use my ceiling fan anymore because they didn’t fix it to the ceiling after I asked them multiple times if they can do it. It’s just very unstable now. I can live with the conditions, but their service wasn’t perfect. Read more >
