The admin staff was so friendly and helpful. My counselor D’Amber has been so great. She listens attentively, asks thought provoking questions and has given me some great tools to work on outside of our sessions.
I highly recommend!

Form schedule was really tedious and for kids counseling, they could have avoided having same information being filled twice by a parent and could have had more cumulative form.

I reached out to New Reflections to start therapy, and within a day, everything was organized and my appointment was confirmed. Previously, I had spent a lot of time searching for different therapists, most of whom never responded or got back to me. I was very impressed with their efficiency and how quickly everything was arranged. Therapy hasn't started yet, but I'm hopeful it will go as smoothly as the initial process.

Starting from the beginning as soon as I walked in, I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable like I never had before. They truly take their time to listen, and give true 5-star service like I've never seen before. Each member of the team was extremely welcoming and made sure to give me the best service I could possibly receive, as well as listened to all my needs. If you're looking for good, proper counseling this would be the best place to go in the area and was well worth the 1 hour drive.

Lisa Abrotsky, LMFT, is a caring and empathetic therapist.  She performed individual and family therapy to help us deal with our family issues. She listened to all of us, and was able to improve our family communication, and help us to resolve our issues. We are closer as a result. We are so thankful because she went above and beyond to involve each member of our family individually and collectively. It was a lot of work, and took time to plan and navigate the right path for all of us. We highly recommend Lisa Abrotsky.
