The Goddard School

Goddard is a great school for our 4 year old! He loves it, learns very well, and I feel he is always safe!
The staff are tough and loving, they care so much about our little ones and our son looks forward to daycare everyday!!

Highly recommend. Very professional. My two kids went through Goddard and my wife and i couldn’t be happier.

The Goddard School is family oriented, they don’t only teach the kids but groom them to be responsible children. I’ve seen lots of improvement in my ward and I highly recommend the school to other parents.

We are beyond happy with Goddard and the care they have provided our family. Our son started at 1 year old after being home and we were very concerned about the transition. The staff told us to give it a few weeks, but it only took a few days for him to adjust and now he’s smiling and happy when we drop him off.
I can’t thank the staff here enough for the patience and love they have shown him!

The staff there is absolutely fantastic. I love that they are genuine with the kids and my child has grown so much in her time there.

We’ve had our child enrolled for a couple years now, and it’s been a wonderful experience. They have a great curriculum for the kids but the one thing I appreciate most is how they actively involve families throughout the year with thoughtful planned events- that make us feel like part of the school community.

After 2.5 years of attendance, Goddard has certainly had a positive impact on our child’s early development. Would certainly recommend.

My daughter has been attending The Goddard School since she was 12 weeks old and now she is in preschool. She is so smart and social and I know that is due to her time at Goddard. She is already writing her alphabet and singing songs in Spanish. We are so grateful for The Goddard School.

The Goddard School Hickory flat is a top notch school. Our son went to this school from the time that he was an infant to 4 years old and we had an amazing experience throughout the years. He learned so much from all of his teachers and met so many great friends along the way. The teachers at the school were all so kind and attentive and treated him so well. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for childcare needs!

We’ve had an amazing experience at The Goddard School on Hickory Flat with our 3-year-old son. From day one, the staff have gone above and beyond to create a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where our son feels supported and cared for.

Even though he sometimes clings to Mommy and Daddy at drop-off, his teachers always know just what to do to comfort him and within moments, he’s smiling and ready to start his day. It gives us such peace of mind knowing he’s in such capable, loving hands. He adores his teachers and has even given them his special nicknames, which speaks volumes about the bond he shares with them.

The attention to detail in their daily routines, communication, and classroom structure is outstanding. His vocabulary which was one of our main priorities has improved considerably. Most importantly, safety is a top priority at this school, and...

We are so thankful that after a rocky start at another Pre-k program we were able to get our daughter enrolled to Goddard Pre-k. Despite coming in late and a bit behind, she graduated from the program more confident and kindergarten ready! Looking back, if we could do it all again, the single change we would have made was choosing Goddard earlier. The teacher and support staff were nothing short of amazing and we look forward to her coming back for the summers!

I’m so glad that we enrolled our
son to Goddard School at Hickory Flat. He started from Bridge and graduated pre-k this year. He always so happy and eager to go to his class everyday. The teachers are amazing and approachable. All the staffs are so friendly.

School is great and both our boys enjoy being there.

Our daughter attends Goddard for the summer. The teachers are attentive to her needs. Of course kids will be kids and sometimes mean things will happen amongst the children. Nevertheless, the teachers take a measured approach to teach the children to play together and minimize aggressive behavior. I’m sure our daughter has been on both ends of that discussion. The school also has fun days with different engaging themes in the summer ranging from water day to art day.

The Goddard School has been an amazing experience for our family! My daughter graduated from their Pre-K program and loved it so much that she came back for Summer Camp after completing kindergarten. She is genuinely excited to wake up and go every day, which says so much about the environment they’ve created.

Her past and present teachers have all been incredibly caring and attentive—I always know she is safe, happy, and well taken care of. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make learning fun and engaging. We are so grateful for everything The Goddard School has done for our daughter and highly recommend them to any family looking for a nurturing, educational, and fun environment

We are so pleased with all aspects of The Goddard School. Staff and faculty, safety, amenities, class size, cleanliness, financials are all top notch.

We love Goddard Hickory Flat! Our daughter has thrived since starting last August. She has truly gained so much developmentally with her vocabulary, walking, learning numbers, ABCs, identifying objects, and the list goes on. Another thing to point out is no turnover since we have started. I know seeing the same faces everyday is extremely important for us as parents and especially for our daughter to feel safe and loved. We love it here and highly recommend this location!

I have truly enjoyed having my kids at Goddard. The teachers and staff are amazing and truly thoughtful. They work hard to help kids develop on pace and I couldn’t be happier in our decision to move over to their school. My youngest started in the infant room and I highly recommend starting them early and going all the way through pre-k. My oldest was well above average for going into kindergarten and has excelled based off the ground work from Goddard.

We love Goddard! Our daughter has been there for two years and it is the best decision. She was previously at another local daycare and we were not impressed. But at Goddard the staff and teachers are always taking there time to explain and care.
