I recently had the pleasure of having Sean from Petstop come to my home to fix my dog's fence and collar, and I cannot praise him highly enough. Sean was absolutely awesome!

Pet Stop was very Easy to work with and we were able to get the fence installed quickly from when we called. The instructions were pretty straight forward and easy to follow. Our pup on the the second day is doing great one shock that she didn't like so she backed up and kept away the whole time training.

Canine Safety Systems installed our underground fence - however - it had been cut when we had work done on our driveway. They came back and did the repair and shortly afterwards, had them come back to install flags and train our new golden retriever.
They are an exceptional company that spends the time not only in training our golden, but to help us to understand the proper methods to use to get to that point where our pet has the freedom to enjoy the yard and to know the boundaries.

We had our system installed in March of 2002. In the 22 years we have trained 6 of our dogs on the fence and at least 4 of our friends dogs. We have NEVER had a dog leave the property after being trained on the system. The reassurance this gives us is priceless. The system keeps our dogs SAFE!!
What I also find amazing is that after all of this time we’ve never had any technical problems other than the occasional line break from people digging in the wrong spots. And those breaks where simple to fix. Couple all of the perks of the fence with outstanding customer service. You can’t beat it!!

Great quick friendly service! Got to my repair in 2 days! Last time I needed repair the invisible fence company was 2 weeks out. They were able to accommodate me working from home on a tight schedule needing to get back online. Also they didn't mind my dog hanging out with them while they worked! Great overall.
