We have used Canine Safety System/Pet Stop for two residences over the last 20 years. They always have the best customer service!

Pet Stop is amazing!! It was Recommended by a previous customer who had nothing but amazing things to say. I contacted them via the website and received a prompt call back at my convenience. Larry came out for a quick consultation and we were sold. The installation was done fast and in a timely manor with a training session right after. To my surprise it was super quick and easy! Emily made me and my pup feel at ease. She was able to answer all of my questions and gave me written instructions on everything we she reviewed with me. We are so happy to give our pup some outdoor freedom. Thank you Pet Stop!

I just want to say that if your love your dog and you want them to be free in and around your home call Pet Stop Canine Safety Systems 🙏 Their customer service is excellent, their on time and they put your invisible fence up in no time with 0 mess. The best part is when done they don’t abandon you, they go step by step with you and the dog and they train you and explain to you what you have to do so your dog will know exactly where he can go to be free. I highly recommend and you’ll see a lot of other people do too!!!

We had an existing fence installed by PetStop 14 years ago so the set up of flags, new collar and training for our 8 month old puppy was quick and efficient. The trainer was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with the information explained to me that I may continue the training over the next month.

This was an amazing experience from.start to finish. Amanda came for the initial consultation. She answered all my questions and gave me a quote same day. THe weather was a challenge and the install had to be rescheduled but they kept in constant contact with me. Day of install Emily and Sean got the job done and showed us how to.train our dog with the system. Very clear training instructions were given and the dog seemed to catch on quickly. They can remotely reset the strength of the signal collar all it takes is a phone call. 10 out of 10!!!!

Called Wednesday afternoon and Sean came out on Friday morning. He fixed a cut wire and also relocated the wire in a second location that was prone to breaking. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Will use them again if needed.

our line was run over and damaged by our snowblower, we had an appt for repair withing a few days. very polite worker and the repairs were super quick. back to normal!

You call Petstop, they answer the phone or they call you back promptly! They will troubleshoot over the phone at no charge. If the problem can’t be fixed over the phone they send someone out. They detected where my fence was broken and fixed it within an hour. The customer service is top notch!
