Canine Safety Systems responded to my call about a wireless dog fence wire break same day I called. I had some landscape work & the driveway sealed recently & the transmitter wasn't working. Amanda was very knowledgeable & explained how she could find the break & repair it quickly. There were 3 breaks...No problem. We are so happy with our Pet Stop underground fencing system! Leroy has taken to it quickly and painlessly. What a relief it is to know he’s safe and how much fun it is to watch him run around without the tether of a leash. We have no worries that Leroy might chase the deer or other animals that walk through our yard now that he knows his boundaries.

We have used this company for over 20 years and would recommend them over any other pet security system. Most recently they figured out a way to install their system in our neighbors lawn (and ours) so the young pup who lives next door could safely come onto our property to play with our dog. Ingenious! And it works perfectly. If ever there is a problem with your system, they come out right away and fix it.

Canine Safety Systems offers great value for the money — which would be enough in and of itself. Perhaps even more important to us is that we've been extremely pleased with their customer service. Response time is fast and the person on the other end of the line is *always" friendly. We've had three dogs trained on the fence they installed and their trainers were terrific teachers of both the dogs and of us -- leaving us with a lot of confidence.

Amanda came to the home in her 9th month showing not only her product but her soon to be bundle of baby joy (congrats) young lady. Canine systems was my first estimate and the only company out of the three I received estimates from that had the ability bore under my newly paved driveway without renting equipment. One company stated the system would not work properly by boring and suggested cutting and then patching, needless to say that didn’t happen, I went 25 years patching this driveway before I had it replaced last year, I was not about to cut into it. After owning the fence for 5 years I happy to recommend this product and company. I’ve had no problems with the actual fence which is great. When I had a problem with the transponder, Rachael in the office was able to pull up my account quickly and resolved the issue by replacing it with a new one. No stress and quick service.

These people are great! Larry & Courtney are soooo great with dogs and very patient even for our stubborn mutts! They really know their business and are great teachers. Pet Stop was one of the best things I have ever purchased. My dogs have the freedom and excitement to come and go from the house as they please, and I have the peace of mind of knowing they will not leave the property. They even learned to knock on the door when they want to come in! (Doggie door is in order). They get their exercise all day while I continue to run my household. All at the fraction of the price of a physical fence. The staff at Canine Safety Systems of quakertown are prompt, knowledgable, and caring. We highly recommend Canine Safety Systems! We had a break in our underground fence that wasn’t even installed by them. Without asking any questions, they fit us their schedule quickly. The technicians were prompt and polite and quickly discovered the underground break and repaired it. I would use them again without hesitation!

The whole crew at Pet Stop are amazing! We have had the fence for a while, overtime we had a few minor problems. Groundhog broke the fence. They came out quickly and had it repaired! Also have had some problems with the collars but they stand behind them and always replace with a smile! This is a great investment and will hold up! I can't recommend them enough! Just give them a call and they will answer ANY QUESTIONS!

Very professional. We've had our fence (2 zoned) for more than 10 years. Both dogs it was originally purchased for have since passed on, but was from natural causes....not from running into the road. We are still happily using the same fence for our current dog with awesome results. Other than purchasing batteries, we've had no issues. (Getting ready to get that battery soon, as the indicator light is blinking!). I. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for the quality of fencing as well as the customer service. Top notch! I refer them to any client in need!
