We are so so happy with our invisible fence system. It gives us such peace of mind knowing the dog can’t get out and she picked it up very quickly. Amanda was super helpful on our consultation visit and didn’t try to sell us on features we didn’t need. The installation happened quickly and efficiently and the crew that did it was great. We couldn’t be happier.

The crash course training session they gave my dogs at the end was so easy and they made me feel confident that my dogs would get the hang of the invisible fence in no time, which they did! We even had to adjust the setting for one of our dogs later on and we were able to do it all over the phone. One of our collars busted after our puppy was playing and I was able to get a replacement covered under warranty. Excellent customer service and an amazing product!

Amanda and Larry are great! They installed our invisible fence in a day and started training our dog right away. What a life saver! We have a bully breed that kept running through our petsafe fence and we just had enough!
We called pet stop and they came right out and gave us a quote. When we heard their equipment was made in the USA we were sold. Our dog has never gotten through this fence and I am SOOO happy to not have to buy batteries for their collars anymore!

I had my invisible dog fence installed in early 2021. Pet Smart is a great company to obtain your invisible dog fence from! Larry explained everything thoroughly and was very personable. His company offered the rechargeable collar and linked app on my phone. The other company offered a collar which uses batteries and required replacing every three months. This was a huge selling point for us over the competitor. Installation was smooth, services are great, and customer service and follow up has been outstanding! Everyone was very helpful in training and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Pet Stop to everyone that is in the market for these services. I’ve already recommended Pet Smart to my neighbors and two of them have signed up and had their installations completed this year. Top notch company! Thanks for making Lucky a happy dog!

We absolutely loved our experience with Pet Stop. We rescued a hound mix puppy, and knowing he would grow to a big size we wanted to give him as much freedom on our acre as possible. Our property is a unique shape, but that didn’t stop Pet Stop from working with us. In fact, they were extremely thorough and detailed, utilizing our entire property. Their training plan is perfect. Follow it to a T. Our pup was fully trained in a month. We have forgotten his collar late at night a few times and we’ve had no problems. 10/10 recommend!!

Great product and trustworthy company.

Installed about 1000 feet of invisible dog fence in some challenging terrain that included some pretty rocky areas. Their pricing was great, the quality is better than anything you can buy online, and they give you the training to help train the dog. Our dog stays about 20 feet away from the fence line most times. If he gets distracted and gets too close, he hears the warning beep and quick jumps away. All staff was knowledgeable and responsive. Would definitely recommend. We live near a pretty busy road and were a little hesitant at first, but now I’m very confident he will not go near it. Even if you throw his ball past it by accident, he stops about 20 feet away and lays down and stares at his ball. He won’t cross the line. We have a Pitbull mix.

Highly recommend!!! Great product, excellent customer service! Canine Safety Systems (Pet Stop) came out in 2012. They trained all 3 of my dogs, never once having an issue. In 2020 we got a puppy and I gave them a call. They pulled up all my information from 8 years ago!! Jen came out and provided professional friendly training. She explained the process and the importance of following the training instructions. All training is guaranteed as long as you follow through with the training, which takes less than a month and totally worth it! A few months ago, I forgot to put on the collar and my pup got out, completely my fault. I called to explain the situation and asked to reduce the radius and change the setting on the collar. After researching & having site visits with 3 companies, I went with Pet Stop. My dog is currently happily trotting around his entire yard and it is so so nice to not see him on a line anymore. We have a uniquely shaped property with a challenging perimeter of thick raspberry bushes. The other companies looked at that challenge and said nope we only put the line in on easy cleared areas. Pet stop on the other hand said no problem and took care of it. This increased my dogs area substantially so it was important to us.

This company installed an electric invisible fence at my property for my dog. They were great, cost-efficient, and everything works perfectly. I highly recommend them.

Our JRT 9 month old pup was trained in 10 days. We had to increase the level to 8 but after that, he has not tried to breach the system since it was installed 4 months ago. He does not go near the flags, even when my husband forgets to put his collar on! We are very satisfied. Pet Stop has increased our pup’s quality of life. The experience with Pet Stop from start to finish was exceptional.

Great company and really good people. The process was straight forward, they came out did estimate scheduled install and done within a couple hours. I got it installed about a year ago and have not had any issues superior product worth the money. While it was being installed I had another project going that required some drilling into a concrete patio to run a electrical line I happen to mention it he had the right equipment to do the work and did that too.

The whole team is awesome! They know what they’re doing. They care about our animals. Their customer service is outstanding. We’ve used them for our dogs and our goats.

We use Canine Safety for our electric dog fence. We have called a few times with questions and they are always quick to respond, friendly and useful. We needed a replacement collar and they got it out right away, and it arrived in two days. Very pleased with their service!

I've enjoyed working with Canine Safety Systems. The previous owners of our house had CSS install an underground pet fence so when we got our puppy, it made sense to contact CSS to utilize their services. From the first phone call to the last, they've been outstanding to work with. First, the system works great and within just a few months our dog was trained on the boundaries. They helped talk us through some questions we had on the receiver and helped us to upgrade our equipment. When our dog happened to lose a prong on his receiver, all that was needed was a quick email to CSS and they sent one promptly. However, our dog was so accustomed to the fence boundaries that we could have gone much longer without his receiver on. The system works great and the service has been an unexpected bonus .
