After completing install of our fence the staff did one on one training with each dog. The training was easy with clear instructions. The staff made us feel very comfortable with the system. We only got our fence installed yesterday so my experience is limited to that, but I felt the fence was laid where we asked it to be and the training was pretty good.

Canine Safety Systems was wonderful when they came out to install our electric fence. They finished very quickly and explained everything in detail as to what they were doing.

Pet Stop was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They had a rep out quickly to give us an estimate and explained all of our different options. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We decided to go with them, and it was approximately two weeks until the install. They even apologized for the long delay (which I don’t think was a delay at all). The installation was seamless and then took the appropriate time to teach us how to train our dogs and use the system. The results have been exactly what we wanted. Every person we dealt with (about 4 in total) could not have been nicer and are extremely knowledgeable. Their expertise in the industry shows and are so glad we went with them. Thank you Pet Stop, from our very happy dogs and owners!!
