They were very prompt, professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient in helping me re-set a previous system to train a new dog. Old clunky battery ioperated collars were replaced with newer, lighter, rechargeable ones, and a discount offered for the old ones. A rather skittish dog, still adjusting to new owner and surroundings was reassured and taken through the initial training, as was I, and careful instructions given for a continuing program. We seem to be doing well.
