From the inquiry phone call to the final installation Canine Safety Systems were informative, caring and gave us exactly what we were hoping for. We explained what we were looking for and were given a quote over the phone in minutes. From there, Amanda came out and created an easy to understand plan going forward. She was very thorough and explained in detail what to expect. Finally Sean came out and installed in just a couple of hours. He then took his time beginning the necessary training one on one with both of our dogs. We are extremely satisfied with the level of expertise and system we revived.

Highly recommend the PA location. Every staff member is friendly and kind. It’s obvious that they love animals and their job installing invisible fences. When I had trouble eight months after install, they responded immediately and helped retrain one of my dogs. The price point was a fraction of a physical fence- which would be problematic on my property anyway.
My dogs have so much fun going in and out of the house on sunny days. I have peace of mind they are safe.

I absolutely love canine safety systems because of Courtney and her amazing service call! She was endearing and so amazingly thorough. I am so glad you bought the company in Berks county because I couldn’t take the other company any longer. Every time I need to call I would get shivers up my spine.

Canine Systems did an outstanding job from installing the wires exactly where we wanted, showing us how to train our dog, reviewing all paperwork, explained all directions including learning how to use the app

I really love this company & staff, from the ppl who work in the offices to the techs that come to install. This is the 2nd time using them, as I’ve moved. Fenceline is very effective. Warning area gives the dogs ample time to rethink the boundaries. Not overly expensive for having peace of mind!
