Great customer service. Professional, yet felt very personalized. Feeling very comfortable knowing they are available if and when I need them. Install was flawless and training was very very thorough. Would recommend to any friends or family. I did take the time to compare to a competitor (IF) and found choosing Pet Stop was a no brainer.

We have had our Pet Stop fence that Canine Safety Systems installed for us for over 20 years. We’ve had many dogs cycle thru in all that time and all have done great with it. With our new puppy we decided to have them come out for a refresher course and to test all the equipment and do the puppy’s first training session. 20+ years later and everything still in perfect working order! Never had a problem in all that time. They know their stuff and are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend using them instead of “that other” brand fence - the Pet Stop fence is so much better quality and made in the USA!

Love the Canine Safety Systems team. All steps of the process was wonderful and with ease to decide to go with this system. Install team was exceptional. Our Beau is learning the system and enjoying his run space.

Petstop is FANTASTIC!!! They respond immediately to every phone call and request, they are highly experienced with every breed, and have given me a sense of comfort with all 3 of my dogs including a super curious German Shorthaired Pointer, energetic Labrador Retriever, and sly Havanese. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and explained the battery charger, collar and warranties. It was a great experience.

I love Canine safety Systems because they were very attentive to my need for a repair after I accidentally sliced my line . They were prompt and came up and got the job done right away. The service guys Sean and Gauge both were very polite and explained what happened and how to fix it. My fence is working fine and my dog remains safe.

We have been using them for many years now. They are user friendly! Friendly with dogs & puppys and friendly with the Pet parents. They are efficient. They will send knowledgeable staff out immediately when the line has been cut by a landscaper. ( Which has happened many times...unfortunately )

The Canine Safety Systems work extremely well without requiring an obstructive fence.

Courtney did a great job finding and fixing a line break. Very efficient and courteous. Came out within 24 hours of call and texted that she moved up her schedule. Great service.
