Emily and Dave were Very informative and helpful in the entire process. They were patient and thorough in answering our questions. I had much success with my prior dog on this fence and training our new dog is going very well. They truly work closely with you throughout the training process and value their customers.

Canine Safety Systems is a great company. They have a great product and great customer service. We had work done in our yard and busted the fence. When I called to schedule they were able to fit me in right away. I wasn’t able to do that day but they were very accommodating in getting me a date. They even called when they had an opening to make sure we could get the fence working again asap. The gentlemen who fixed the fence were courteous and explained things very well. I would highly recommend them.

I had multiple breaks in my line that needed repair after a fence install. Called another company to come out and had a horrible experience. High pressure sales, aggressive push to replace the whole system and line, said there were breaks all over the property even though the line was only 5 years old. Finally asked him to leave. THEN, I called these guys and thank goodness I did. What a difference. Everyone from the office staff to the installers Sean and Gage were wonderful. Kind, prompt, knowledgeable, clear communication and quick to repair a very confusing set up. So grateful!

We are the second “owners” of the system as it was installed by the previous owners of our house. Our new dog was a rescue, so we were a little apprehensive as to how she would respond to the system, so having never used an “invisible fence” before we decided we needed to opt for the training. Emily, our trainer was excellent. She went over how the system & the training works. After our session she left us with a schedule & the confidence that we could complete it successfully. It is now four weeks later and we have been able to leave her outside, by herself with the confidence that it works as advertised, & she is happy to have the freedom to run.

We have had our Pet Stop fence that Canine Safety Systems installed for us for over 20 years. We’ve had many dogs cycle thru in all that time and all have done great with it. With our new puppy we decided to have them come out for a refresher course and to test all the equipment and do the puppy’s first training session. 20+ years later and everything still in perfect working order! Never had a problem in all that time. They know their stuff and are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend using them instead of “that other” brand fence - the Pet Stop fence is so much better quality and made in the USA!

Love the Canine Safety Systems team. All steps of the process was wonderful and with ease to decide to go with this system. Install team was exceptional. Our Beau is learning the system and enjoying his run space.

Petstop is FANTASTIC!!! They respond immediately to every phone call and request, they are highly experienced with every breed, and have given me a sense of comfort with all 3 of my dogs including a super curious German Shorthaired Pointer, energetic Labrador Retriever, and sly Havanese.
