Came out the same day and fixed the electric dog fence wire!

Excellent service. Came out right away and fixed the damage done by a fiber optic company that dug in our yard and cut our fence wire. Also gave me an instant quote on the cost to pinch off our line for backyard use only. Top notch company, friendly, professional, and customer oriented.

We are very pleased with the installation of our new Canine Safety System. The installers were wonderful at helping us achieve a layout that works well for our young family! Training for both us and our dog were incredibly thorough. Excellent service all around and it is allowing us to enjoy our time outdoors with our dog even more than before!

First, I called the phone number and spoke with Melissa who picked up right away. She immediately had an appointment for me the very next day. This is huge for me because I’ve been trying to fix it myself for like four months, lol. Melissa told me between 12 and 2 PM. They showed up exactly at 12 PM Found the break in a matter of minutes, I guess I should mention I had a break in my fence, we tested the collars just to make sure that the fence was receiving a signal and the price could not be beat. On top of that they brought two replacement batteries that I requested . I highly recommend them, and will tell all my friends

I have used Pet Stop with this business owner since 2006. In 2021, I moved and used them again to install the system on my new property. Over this time I have trained 5 doggies on the system. With each new dog, I call to have the dog fitted for the collar and flags put up. Every time Pet Stop responds promptly and thoroughly, and teaches us how to train our pups to be safe. I feel confident about my dogs safety because of the training and the system. It’s up to us to make sure our pups understand their boundaries. The staff is serious about this and information is conveyed with a great deal of care and time. The staff is superb!!! The product and installation is done right.
