These guys are amazing! Amanda came out to my grandparents house and was so helpful in answering all of our questions and explaining everything in detail when they quoted us. She was extremely patient and kind with my grandparents who are hard of hearing and in their 80’s. The installation was quick and they did everything exactly like they said they would. The training was explained perfectly and I’m looking forward to enjoying the benefits of the fence, not only for myself but also for my grandparents who are too old to walk the dogs anymore. I highly recommend Amanda and her team to anyone interested in putting an electric fence in. I wouldn’t go to anyone else! Thanks again!!

Office is always very pleasant and responsive when I call. Sean was on time for our appointment and did a great job explaining training and providing us with guidance as it has been years since we trained our first dog.

We installed a Pet Stop fence nearly 20-years ago. They have always been incredibly responsive to our needs whether it is repairing a broken fence (my fault), replacing dead batteries, or replacing a broken collar. They still provide many replacement items at no cost but, if a service or part is billable, their rates are very fair. We wish all companies were this supportive and professional.

Larry and his helper were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They found multiple breaks in my fence in a short period of time and fixed them quickly. The price for the repair was very reasonable and they accepted a credit card payment without adding a surcharge. Great experience! This company clear strives to deliver great customer service. I highly recommend them to address any invisible fence problems you may have.

I cannot say enough great things about this company….Always goes above and beyond. We have been customers for many years and CSS is more like family. They are always there for you and come through every time. It’s nice to have such reliable support. The fence alone is awesome, but you get so much more than that. We have been through 3 generations of dogs since the fence was installed, and as every dog is an individual, they know what each dog needs- as breeds are unique, some more timid, some aggressive, some escape artists…. The fence has never failed.

I love this company. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I have 3 dogs and if anything goes wrong with the collars they will replace them at no charge. If you have any questions they spend the time with you going over all your questions. They are very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.
