I choose to go with pet stop because they took the time to really explain the process and the benefits of their system. Thicker gauge wiring and a deeper installation will save you service calls in the future from other trades digging around in your yard. We got the app controlled system so I can increase or decrease the level of the collars without having to call them which is great. I can also use the app as a training aid for inside the house. After the installation the training was fabulous. Really taught us how to introduce the fence to the dogs the right way. And you can tell that everyone is looking out for the dogs and has their best interest in mind. My wife and I will continue to go through the training program with the dogs and we know to reach out with any questions. Given the size of our yard it was more economical to go with an invisible fence but we also didn’t...

We had a great experience with Pet Stop. Their installer Sean was very knowledgeable and did a great job. The system is very reasonably priced and worth every penny to keep my pups safe and in the yard ! Highly recommend them !!

Sean and Gauge came out to find and repair my electric dog fence. They were prompt, courteous and beyond professional. They tested the system, identified that my unit worked, then looked for the break in the line, which they were able to discover within about 10 minutes. They promptly fixed it and I was back up and running. I just simply don’t have the equipment to find where that break was that quickly. Worth every penny. They also gave me a quote for new wiring and a complete system if I need to upgrade in the future. If I do choose to upgrade in the future, there is absolutely no doubt they will be the first people I call. The guys were awesome. Also, they came recommended from a friend who had a similar situation that I had and he had the same great things to say about them.J

Sean & the crew were super efficent. They provided a quote and did the repair to our invisible fence the twp tore out when Spfg. Twp. did the road work to our street (claiming no responsibility whatsoever).
Everything went as planned from scheduling to completion of the job.

Since our installation many years ago, they are always responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We’ve made so many changes to our property and they have been great about moving our fence, fixing cut wires, retraining one of our dogs, and coming out to address “user errors” on our part. I highly, without hesitation recommend this company.

These guys are amazing! Amanda came out to my grandparents house and was so helpful in answering all of our questions and explaining everything in detail when they quoted us. She was extremely patient and kind with my grandparents who are hard of hearing and in their 80’s. The installation was quick and they did everything exactly like they said they would. The training was explained perfectly and I’m looking forward to enjoying the benefits of the fence, not only for myself but also for my grandparents who are too old to walk the dogs anymore. I highly recommend Amanda and her team to anyone interested in putting an electric fence in. I wouldn’t go to anyone else! Thanks again!!
