This was our first time selling a house. We interviewed 4 other realtors and Jim was obviously the best option. He is extremely knowledgable and his marketing plan goes above and beyond everyone else's (he spent 5-6 hours getting awesome pictures of the inside and outside of the house). He was able to sell our house in less than a week after it hit the market. Great guy, super friendly. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell a property.
