Jim is hands down the best person for the job. I’m extremely picky, needy, I want to see the houses right away, I need attention from my realtor. I wanted someone who will walk through a house and point out things that I might not have seen. Someone who wasn’t just trying to sell me a house but someone who realized this was going to be a huge decision for my family and we needed to feel secure about saying yes to the house.

We were on a really tight deadline and the realtor we were working with before Jim just wasn't matching our needs. We were missing out on houses that we knew would be a yes, scheduling a viewing was always 5 days out and we were looking at houses that we’d never in a million years say yes to. We were feeling defeated.

He was recommended from friend and I was little nervous at first with being a first time buyer Jim explained and was there every step of the way. We put our trust in him and HE DELIVERED. He truly cares about what he’s customers wants puts no pressure on you and listens. If you told him you were interested in seeing a house he would have ready in hours. He takes the time to answer and questions you have in a walk through if he doesn’t have and answer he’ll find it. He really cares for he’s customers. There are no words to explain how thankful we are for he’s hard work. And we gained one more friend. Anybody looking for a house or to sell Jim is the guy.
