We just closed on our house thanks to Jim and he’s team. He is an awesome guy. He was recommended from friend and I was little nervous at first with being a first time buyer Jim explained and was there every step of the way. We put our trust in him and HE DELIVERED. He truly cares about what he’s customers wants puts no pressure on you and listens. If you told him you were interested in seeing a house he would have ready in hours. He takes the time to answer and questions you have in a walk through if he doesn’t have and answer he’ll find it. He really cares for he’s customers. There are no words to explain how thankful we are for he’s hard work. And we gained one more friend. Anybody looking for a house or to sell Jim is the guy.

This was our first time selling a house. We interviewed 4 other realtors and Jim was obviously the best option. He is extremely knowledgable and his marketing plan goes above and beyond everyone else's (he spent 5-6 hours getting awesome pictures of the inside and outside of the house).
