I notified diamond that I wanted to sell my home and I got a customer representative to call me back within 10 minutes and after talking with him and giving him information about my home then I got a phone call from the president Daniel Breslin and he responded to me with respect courtesy we couldn’t do a deal, but he gave me some vital information on how to sell my home and how to proceed. This will be a bit lengthy... I want to tell my story so that I can possibly help someone else who is in my situation. I have basically been trapped the majority of my life in a hoarder house with a very mentally and physically abusive relative. I couldn't afford the property taxes and they had piled up to a point to where if I hadn't done something I would have lost everything. Our parents died 8 days apart in 2022, 9/25 for Dad and 10/3 for Mom. After their funeral, my sister and I knew we couldn't keep the house, so we contacted Bill Connolly at Diamond. He was great, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Lots of memories since we moved there in 1966. But the house needed lots of work and we couldn't do it. Very happy that chapter is closed, but the memories do live on. It was a smooth transaction and closing.

My experience with Larry was top-notch. I was in charge of selling the house of an ill friend who couldn't live there anymore. The house was in terrible condition, inside and out, and every space was packed with stuff the family had collected for decades. It was a very sad situation. I interviewed 5 investment firms. Larry was respectful, prompt, and offered a fair price. He even gave us a referral for a great real estate lawyer. He's very good at his job and it was a pleasure working with him at DEI.
